It Takes the Order, the Payment, and the Guesswork.
Scan the ramen package and the machine loads the right time, water, and temperature. Over 100 varieties recognized.
Customers pay from their phone. The machine starts cooking once payment clears.
Update items, prices, and screen content from any browser, on one machine or all of them.
The 8-inch screen runs your combos and featured items whenever the machine is not cooking.
Beyond the four on-screen presets, generate a QR code for any recipe and it runs like the rest.
Set It Up Yourself in Under an Hour.
Standard 110V outlet. No hood, no gas line, no construction.
One machine does both. Draw from a portable water jug out of the box, or connect a direct line later. Switching takes minutes, not a new unit.
Ramen sales, a spare burner, and a hot water station, all from one outlet.
Sell More Than Ramen Ramen, udon, pho, mac & cheese, oatmeal, and anything that cooks in boiling water.
Also a Burner for Your Own Pot Use the built-in surface as a standalone cooktop with your own pot or pan, beyond the bowl presets.
Tea and Coffee Without a Kettle No waiting for water to boil. Set the temperature and volume you want, for tea, pour-over coffee, and more.
The list of what it can cook keeps growing, and updates arrive on their own.
No professional installation needed. The machine ships ready to use. Place it on any counter, connect a water jug or direct water line, plug into a standard 110V outlet, and power on. Most operators are up and running within an hour of receiving the unit. No contractor, no plumber, no electrician required.
For setup tutorials, see the included manual or our YouTube channel (@NEOCUCINA). If questions remain, reach out to support@neocucina.com.
The NEO CUCINA ramen cooker supports both water jug and direct water line setups.
Out of the box, it can draw water from a standard external water jug, and no permanent plumbing is required. If preferred, it can also be connected to a direct water line for higher-volume or fixed installations.
This flexibility makes it easy to deploy in offices, cafés, convenience stores, hotels, and self-serve setups.
The core functions run fully offline: preset cooking, hot water dispensing, and induction heating all work without a connection.
Wi-Fi is needed for scan-to-cook, cloud menu updates, screen content sync, and on-machine payment. For the best performance and real-time updates, keep the machine connected.
Very little. Cooking happens inside the paper bowl, so there are no pots or pans to wash. Broth splashes onto the outside now and then, and a quick wipe takes care of it. No sink and no dishwashing routine.
Two ways, and you can use either. Customers can pay through your existing setup, whether that's your POS, cash register, or a card reader, then cook at the machine. The machine also supports on-machine payment: customers scan a QR code on the screen and pay from their phone, and cooking starts once payment clears. That means it can also run in unattended spots with no checkout at all.
Yes. The machine includes 4 fully customizable one-tap cooking buttons.
You can edit menus and cooking programs directly on the touchscreen, or manage them remotely through the web-based dashboard.
In addition, you can generate QR codes for recipes, allowing staff or customers to run additional recipes beyond the four on-screen buttons, giving you virtually unlimited menu flexibility.
Three things. First, it auto-cooks ramen and other boil-in-bowl dishes like udon, pho, and oatmeal. Second, the built-in induction surface works as a standalone cooktop, so you can heat, simmer, or sauté using your own pot or pan. Third, it dispenses instant hot water at the temperature and volume you set, for tea, coffee, and more.
We do not sell ramen, soup bases, or toppings directly. The machine and the disposable paper bowls (with optional lids) are what we provide.
To make sourcing easier, we provide a curated list of ramen brands and toppings that operators sell well, along with direct purchase links. This gives you a practical starting point for products that are easy to source, operator-friendly, and proven to perform.
