A real bowl of ramen, anywhere you want one.

We design countertop machines that boil ramen fresh, for shops with no kitchen and for homes and offices where nobody wants to stand over a pot.

Why We Built This

Instant ramen is on every shelf in America. Almost nowhere can you get it hot.

The gap is a kitchen. A hood, a gas line, a grease trap, someone to cook, someone to wash up.

That is an absurd amount of infrastructure for a two dollar package of noodles. It is also why something people buy constantly is almost never served the way it is meant to be eaten.

We wanted a bowl you could actually get anywhere. Freshly cooked, not softened in hot water, and without any of the things standing in the way.

So we built one. Induction heat, from below, in the bowl the customer eats from. It sits on a counter, runs on a standard outlet, and turns a shelf item into a hot meal in three to five minutes.

That is the whole idea. Everything else we make comes from it.

What We Make

Two machines, the same way of cooking. The difference is what you need it to do.

NEO CUCINA Pro

The commercial machine. Customers order, pay, and cook on their own, and you manage menus and screen content from any browser. It runs in drink shops, convenience stores, hotels, office pantries, and self-serve ramen bars across the U.S.

NEO CUCINA Studio

The same fresh-boiled bowl, sized for smaller spaces. Simple controls, no app, no setup, plus instant hot water for tea and coffee. Built for homes, offices, and small shops that want one machine on the counter and nothing to manage.

How We Work

We design it ourselves

Hardware and software are developed in-house, then manufactured with vetted production partners. When something needs to change, we change it, rather than waiting on someone else's roadmap.

A U.S. company, not a reseller

NEO CUCINA, Inc. is based in Irvine, California. Machines ship from U.S. warehouses, replacements ship from U.S. warehouses, and support is answered by our own team within one business day.

Certified, and you can check

The Pro is ETL Listed and ETL Sanitation Listed, equivalent to UL and NSF standards for commercial equipment. Search Intertek's public directory for model NC-RCP1H under the trade name NEO CUCINA. We would rather you verify than take our word for it.

Serve a fresh bowl where you are

One counter or a hundred locations, we can help you work out what fits.
