How do I install and use the Robot Chef?

Can I use other brands’ induction paper bowls or my own pots and containers with the Robot Chef?
You can use your own induction-safe pots and containers, but we recommend our NEO CUCINA paper bowls for optimal heat distribution and mess-free convenience. Other brands’ bowls may risk uneven cooking or damage — stick with ours for the best results!
Does the Robot Chef require plumbing or a water line?
Our Robot Chef does not require permanent plumbing. It is equipped with a water hose that can be connected directly to a large water container (such as a water jug) or to a filtration/purification system. This makes it easy to set up in offices, cafés, or shared spaces without the need for complicated plumbing installations.
Does the machine require Wi-Fi to work?
Some features, like the hot water dispenser and induction cooktop, work offline. But smart cooking via QR code and instant food cooking that involves custom menus requires Wi-Fi. For the best experience, please keep the device connected.
Do I need to clean the device after each use?
No. Meals are cooked directly in disposable bowls—so there’s no mess and no need to wash pots or dishes.
What happens if the device breaks?
We offer a one-year limited warranty. If the machine has an issue, we’ll send you a replacement to ensure uninterrupted use.
