Customers Do Every Step

Your staff restocks and wipes down. That is the job.

01

Customers Pick a Bowl

They choose a ramen and toppings from the wall display, then pay at the machine or your counter.

02

The Machine Cooks

A tap or scan starts it. Water, heat, and timing are automatic.

03

Hot Ramen in Minutes

A fresh bowl, ready in 3 to 5 minutes.

Why This Model Works

The demand is already there. The overhead is not.

No Menu to Explain

Ramen sells on its own. Customers know what they want, so you are not explaining a new concept to every person who walks in.

Bigger Tickets

Toppings, drinks, and combos boost average order value. A bowl rarely goes out alone.

No Cooks, No Dishwashers

Customers cook and serve themselves, so there is no kitchen crew to schedule, train, or cover when someone calls out.

A Small Space Is Enough

Each machine is under 10 inches wide and sits on a counter. A few feet of counter runs the whole menu.

Sample Revenue Model

Run the math on a self-serve ramen bar at three daily volumes.

Average combo price Ramen + topping + drink $9.90
Ingredients and packaging −$3.50
You keep on every bowl $6.40

Set your own prices to fit your market. The math above uses $9.90 per combo.

What that adds up to

Volume 100bowls/day 150bowls/day 200bowls/day
Monthly revenue $29,700 $44,550 $59,400
Daily profit $640 $960 $1,280
Monthly profit before rent, labor, utilities $19,200 $28,800 $38,400
Equipment is the smallest line here. Rent, labor, and utilities decide whether it works in your location. Most places take a few months to reach steady volume.

Commercial self-serve ramen station setup showing compact machine with kitchen-less operation and disposable bowls

Open Without a Build-Out

Machines go on a counter and run on standard outlets. That is the whole install.

Running the Same Day It Arrives

Standard outlet, water jug or direct line. Setup takes under an hour, no contractor needed.

Open in a Space Not Built for Food

No hood, no gas, no grease trap. The list of places that work opens right up.

Anyone You Hire Can Run It

Every bowl comes out the same, whoever is running the counter. No training and no kitchen skills.

No Dish Sink, No Dish Shift

Induction-safe, so ramen cooks right in the bowl. Nothing goes to a commercial sink at close.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need professional installation, or can I set it up myself?

No professional installation needed. The machine ships ready to use. Place it on any counter, connect a water jug or direct water line, plug into a standard 110V outlet, and power on. Most operators are up and running within an hour of receiving the unit. No contractor, no plumber, no electrician required.

For setup tutorials, see the included manual or our YouTube channel (@NEOCUCINA). If questions remain, reach out to support@neocucina.com.

Does the machine work with a water jug or direct water line?

The NEO CUCINA ramen cooker supports both water jug and direct water line setups.

Out of the box, it can draw water from a standard external water jug, and no permanent plumbing is required. If preferred, it can also be connected to a direct water line for higher-volume or fixed installations.

This flexibility makes it easy to deploy in offices, cafés, convenience stores, hotels, and self-serve setups.

How do customers pay at the machine?

Two ways, and you can use either. Customers can pay through your existing setup, whether that's your POS, cash register, or a card reader, then cook at the machine. The machine also supports on-machine payment: customers scan a QR code on the screen and pay from their phone, and cooking starts once payment clears. That means it can also run in unattended spots with no checkout at all.

What if the machine breaks?

If a unit fails because of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we replace the whole machine rather than asking you to service it. The replacement ships from our US warehouse, so you are not waiting on an overseas repair queue.

How much cleaning does it need?

Very little. Cooking happens inside the paper bowl, so there are no pots or pans to wash. Broth splashes onto the outside now and then, and a quick wipe takes care of it. No sink and no dishwashing routine.

Do you sell ramen, soup, or toppings?

We do not sell ramen, soup bases, or toppings directly. The machine and the disposable paper bowls (with optional lids) are what we provide.

To make sourcing easier, we provide a curated list of ramen brands and toppings that operators sell well, along with direct purchase links. This gives you a practical starting point for products that are easy to source, operator-friendly, and proven to perform.

What else can the machine make?

Anything that cooks in boiling water: udon, pho, mac and cheese, oatmeal, and more. The built-in induction plate also works as a standalone cooktop with your own pot or pan, so you are not limited to the bowl programs.

Do you sell bowls and lids?

Yes. We sell our induction-safe disposable paper bowls designed to fit and work with the NEO CUCINA ramen cooker for a clean, consistent serve every time. You can buy them here. And matching lids are available and can be purchased here.

Do you offer discounts for ordering multiple units?

Yes. We offer volume-based pricing for multi-unit orders. Contact our team for details and tailored solutions.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

We do not offer in-house installment or financing plans. However, there are a couple of options available:

  • Shop Pay: If you purchase through our website, you may be eligible for installment payment options through Shop Pay at checkout. Eligibility is determined by Shop Pay at the time of purchase.
  • Third-party financing: We do not arrange external financing on your behalf, but you are welcome to use any third-party equipment financing provider or lender of your choice.
Does it work without Wi-Fi?

The core functions run fully offline: preset cooking, hot water dispensing, and induction heating all work without a connection.

Wi-Fi is needed for scan-to-cook, cloud menu updates, screen content sync, and on-machine payment. For the best performance and real-time updates, keep the machine connected.

What certifications does the NEO CUCINA machine have?

The NEO CUCINA machine is ETL Listed and ETL Sanitation certified, which means it has been tested for electrical safety and sanitation requirements for commercial equipment. These certifications are equivalent to UL and NSF standards for commercial use, so the machine is compliant for commercial operation in applicable settings.
