Installation
How do I install and use the Robot Chef?
Setup and use are straightforward. Check the included manual or our YouTube channel (@NEOCUCINA) for quick video tutorials; if questions remain, reach out to us at support@neocucina.com or WhatsApp +1 (949) 213-6301.
Does the Robot Chef require plumbing or a water line?
Our Robot Chef does not require permanent plumbing. It is equipped with a water hose that can be connected directly to a water jug or to a filtration/purification system. This makes it easy to set up in offices, cafés, or shared spaces without the need for complicated plumbing installations.
Does the machine require Wi-Fi to work?
Some features, like the hot water dispenser and induction cooktop, work offline. But smart cooking via QR code and instant food cooking that involves custom menus requires Wi-Fi. For the best experience, please keep the device connected.
Functionality
Can I use my own pots and containers with the Robot Chef?
You can use your own induction-safe pots and containers, but we recommend our NEO CUCINA paper bowls for optimal heat distribution and mess-free convenience. Other brands’ bowls may risk uneven cooking or damage — stick with ours for the best results!
How does the QR code scanning work?
With NEO CUCINA, you can create custom recipes through the backend system, each linked to a unique QR code. When you scan the QR code with the device, it automatically identifies the corresponding meal and downloads the preset cooking program—including the correct water volume, cooking time, heating curve and etc.—to cook the dish perfectly and effortlessly.
Does the device support software updates? Are there additional fees?
The Robot Chef is connected to the cloud and supports OTA (Over-the-Air) updates, so you will receive new features, recipe expansions, and system optimizations automatically at no extra cost.
What content can the touchscreen display, and how do I manage it?
The Robot Chef's touchscreen can display a variety of customizable content, including cooking instructions, brand visuals, promotional banners, video ads, and idle screen messages. Whether it’s guiding the user through a cooking process or showcasing your brand during standby mode, the screen becomes a powerful communication tool.
Content is managed through our cloud-based backend system, where you can upload media, assign different ads to different devices, and even customize content based on time of day or cooking status—all remotely.
Can the device cook foods other than ramen, like stir-fry or soup?
Absolutely! While the Robot Chef is perfect for ramen, it’s far more versatile. Thanks to induction heating and customizable cooking programs, you can prepare a wide variety of meals—from hearty soups and stews to mac & cheese, pasta, shakshuka, oatmeal, or even saucy stir-fry-style meals and breakfast favorites like scrambled eggs, bacon, or sautéed veggies.
Maintenance & Support
Do I need to clean the device after each use?
No. Meals are cooked directly in disposable bowls—so there’s no mess and no need to wash pots or dishes.
How do I maintain the device? Is there technical support?
Our device is designed for low-maintenance operation. Since it uses disposable induction-safe bowls, there’s no internal cleanup required after each use—just a quick wipe of the exterior and a periodic rinse of the water line and drip tray.
For peace of mind, we offer dedicated technical support, including remote diagnostics, software updates, and responsive customer service. If any issues arise, our team is ready to help.
What is your warranty policy?
Our 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects for products bought from NEO CUCINA or authorized dealers. We’ll replace defective units at no extra cost.

Can I use NEO CUCINA for commercial purposes (e.g., in a self-serve restaurant or cafe)?
Yes! NEO CUCINA is designed to be robust enough for commercial use, such as in offices, self-serve cafes, campus snack bars, and convenience stores.

Safety & Certification
What certifications does NEO CUCINA have?
Our products comply with major safety standards, including FCC and ETL certifications. We also ensure that all food-contact components meet FDA and NSF food safety requirements.
Is the Robot Chef safe to use in offices, dorms, and shared spaces?
Absolutely! NEO CUCINA is designed with built-in safety features such as smart temperature control, auto shut-off, and minimal surface heat, making it ideal for shared environments.
Are the paper bowls safe? Do they have food safety certifications?
Yes! Our paper bowls comply with U.S. FDA food contact material standards (21 CFR) and LFGB certification, ensuring they’re heat-resistant and free of harmful substances.
Orders
How do I track/modify/cancel my order after placing it?
You can track your order in the order confirmation email. If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder and text messages and let us know if you need further assistance.
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us at support@neocucina.com as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to assist with your request, we can't guarantee any changes if the order has already been processed.
Can I place a bulk order for my business?

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused or unworn items in original packaging. Contact us for an RMA number — full details in our Return Policy.
To start a return, email support@neocucina.com or use our Contact page with your order number. We’ll issue an RMA number—include it when shipping the item back.
