Refund policy

At NEO CUCINA, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, include all accessories and documentations, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@neocucina.com or through our Contact page for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving your RMA, using a trackable carrier.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Non-returnable items include disposable paper bowls, opened consumables, gift cards, custom products, and digital or service-based products (e.g., store setup packages, menu designs) once delivered. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
