Where to buy ramen and toppings

NEO CUCINA supplies the machine, bowls and lids. Buy ramen and toppings from any supplier you like. There is no required vendor.

Ramen

  • Just starting: online Asian grocers like Yami or Weee let you test a few flavors without buying full cases.
  • Steady sellers: buy by the case from a local Asian grocery supplier, a wholesale club or Amazon.
  • Higher volume: a local foodservice distributor or wholesaler usually gives the best price per pack.
  • Already a store? Start with ramen you already stock that's on the list below.

To cook by barcode scan, pick flavors from the scanner-compatible list below.

Toppings

  • Restaurant Depot, Costco, Walmart, Sysco or any Asian grocery store.
  • Buy larger packs, then portion them into small lidded cups customers can grab and add to their bowl.
  • Keep eggs, meat, kimchi and other perishables refrigerated.
