Ramen Bar Grand Opening · Independence, OR

Customers walk a wall of Buldak and other Korean noodles, pick a pack and a drink, pay at the counter and cook their bowl at the machine. The rest of the shop is seating, a drinks cooler and an ice cream freezer.

On opening day the shop filled with families. Kids cooked their own bowls, and one customer took theirs out to the street and rated it 10/10.
