The Gap

Your Shop Is Full. Your Register Isn't.

Nobody leaves because they stopped having fun. They leave because they got hungry.

  • The boba shop at four.
  • The game store on tournament night.
  • The bar at midnight.

Then they go eat somewhere else, and that bill is bigger than yours.

You have thought about adding food. Then you priced it out.

  • A hood and ventilation Weeks of construction
  • A grease trap and a permit Your landlord and your city
  • A cook on payroll Every hour you are open

So you put it away.

There Is a Version That Fits on the Counter.

It plugs into a standard outlet and boils a real bowl in 3 to 5 minutes. Not hot water poured over noodles. No hood, no plumbing, no cook.

Same table. Same two hours. A bigger ticket.

Let's Do the Math on One Bowl

Sale price $6.99
Ramen pack and bowl $1.30 pack + $0.60 bowl −$1.90
You keep on every bowl $5.09

Set your own price to fit your market. The math above uses $6.99, the price one shop put on its own sign. Toppings cost pennies, so shops that bundle them, or pair a bowl with a drink, price higher and keep more.

What that adds up to

Volume 10bowls/day 20bowls/day 30bowls/day
Daily profit $50.90 $101.80 $152.70
Monthly profit $1,527 $3,054 $4,581

The middle column is where the $3,054 at the top of this page comes from.

The $695 machine pays for itself in the first month, even at 10 bowls a day.

Based on a $6.99 bowl at $5.09 profit and 30 operating days. Actual results vary by location, pricing, and operations. Labor, rent, and other fixed costs not included.

Scan It or Tap It. That's the Whole Job.

Scan the ramen package or tap a preset on the screen. The machine picks the water and the time.

No One Needs to Know How to Cook

Customers can run it themselves, or your staff can serve it.

Water From Above, Heat From Below

It adds the right amount of water and heats from below. No measuring, no watching the pot.

It Actually Boils the Noodles

The bowl comes to a real boil. This is cooking, not a cup of instant soaked in hot water.

Why It Pulls a Crowd

Everything above is about the customers you already have. This part is about the ones who have not walked in yet.

No Two Bowls Are the Same

Customers pick their own toppings, so every bowl is theirs. That is what gets filmed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need professional installation, or can I set it up myself?

No professional installation needed. The machine ships ready to use. Place it on any counter, connect a water jug or direct water line, plug into a standard 110V outlet, and power on. Most operators are up and running within an hour of receiving the unit. No contractor, no plumber, no electrician required.

For setup tutorials, see the included manual or our YouTube channel (@NEOCUCINA). If questions remain, reach out to support@neocucina.com.

Does the machine work with a water jug or direct water line?

The NEO CUCINA ramen cooker supports both water jug and direct water line setups.

Out of the box, it can draw water from a standard external water jug, and no permanent plumbing is required. If preferred, it can also be connected to a direct water line for higher-volume or fixed installations.

This flexibility makes it easy to deploy in offices, cafés, convenience stores, hotels, and self-serve setups.

How do customers pay at the machine?

Two ways, and you can use either. Customers can pay through your existing setup, whether that's your POS, cash register, or a card reader, then cook at the machine. The machine also supports on-machine payment: customers scan a QR code on the screen and pay from their phone, and cooking starts once payment clears. That means it can also run in unattended spots with no checkout at all.

What if the machine breaks?

If a unit fails because of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we replace the whole machine rather than asking you to service it. The replacement ships from our US warehouse, so you are not waiting on an overseas repair queue.

How much cleaning does it need?

Very little. Cooking happens inside the paper bowl, so there are no pots or pans to wash. Broth splashes onto the outside now and then, and a quick wipe takes care of it. No sink and no dishwashing routine.

Do you sell ramen, soup, or toppings?

We do not sell ramen, soup bases, or toppings directly. The machine and the disposable paper bowls (with optional lids) are what we provide.

To make sourcing easier, we provide a curated list of ramen brands and toppings that operators sell well, along with direct purchase links. This gives you a practical starting point for products that are easy to source, operator-friendly, and proven to perform.

What else can the machine make?

Anything that cooks in boiling water: udon, pho, mac and cheese, oatmeal, and more. The built-in induction plate also works as a standalone cooktop with your own pot or pan, so you are not limited to the bowl programs.

Do you sell bowls and lids?

Yes. We sell our induction-safe disposable paper bowls designed to fit and work with the NEO CUCINA ramen cooker for a clean, consistent serve every time. You can buy them here. And matching lids are available and can be purchased here.

Do you offer discounts for ordering multiple units?

Yes. We offer volume-based pricing for multi-unit orders. Contact our team for details and tailored solutions.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

We do not offer in-house installment or financing plans. However, there are a couple of options available:

  • Shop Pay: If you purchase through our website, you may be eligible for installment payment options through Shop Pay at checkout. Eligibility is determined by Shop Pay at the time of purchase.
  • Third-party financing: We do not arrange external financing on your behalf, but you are welcome to use any third-party equipment financing provider or lender of your choice.
Does it work without Wi-Fi?

The core functions run fully offline: preset cooking, hot water dispensing, and induction heating all work without a connection.

Wi-Fi is needed for scan-to-cook, cloud menu updates, screen content sync, and on-machine payment. For the best performance and real-time updates, keep the machine connected.

What certifications does the NEO CUCINA machine have?

The NEO CUCINA machine is ETL Listed and ETL Sanitation certified, which means it has been tested for electrical safety and sanitation requirements for commercial equipment. These certifications are equivalent to UL and NSF standards for commercial use, so the machine is compliant for commercial operation in applicable settings.

Another Month of Waiting Costs More Than the Machine.

At twenty bowls a day you keep about $3,000 a month. The machine is $695, once. There is nothing left to build and nobody left to hire.

  • A real boiled bowl in 3 to 5 minutes
  • You keep $5 to $7 on every bowl
  • Customers run it themselves while they wait for a drink

Buy it outright, $695. No sales call, no contract.
